An India CBIL report and an Abroad CBIL (equivalent report) are required. In Poland, it's a BIK report.     To obtain a Polish marriage certificate, we need to submit the original Indian marriage certificate. Recently, I learnt from a friend that in Andhra Pradesh, the marriage certificate does not include both couples' parents' names. When he submitted that certificate to the civil registry office, they said it did not include both couples' parents' names and would not accept it. Recently, they have been receiving many fake marriage certificates. Hence, they are requiring full details: husband's name, husband's father's name, spouse's name, spouse's father's name.

    So, the solution is to obtain a duplicate of the Andhra Pradesh marriage certificate. How this duplicate works: when we reach the marriage certificate office at the Andhra Pradesh registrar's office, they first enter our details in a ledger form. When we request a duplicate marriage certificate, they scan that ledger form, take a printout, and the registrar signs it. In this ledger form, all these details are available. If we provide this duplicate, we can get an Apostille marriage certificate or a Polish marriage certificate.
