To visit the TRC helpdesk counter, first we have to take an Information token at the main entrance. Agents will provide clarification in this helpdesk if you have any questions related to the TRC/Blue card.
If you have already submitted an application for a temporary license card or an EU Blue Card and are awaiting an update or status, please first visit this help desk with your case number. If you do not possess a case number, even with your passport number, the staff will provide you with a case number, details of the officer, and an email address. Subsequently, you may contact the case officer via email, and at any time, if you require updates, you may directly visit the help desk. Additionally, the help desk agents can directly communicate with your case officer over the phone to inquire about your case status and provide updates. Furthermore, this help desk can also assist in obtaining the employment termination form.
