The Event of Leaving Poland: What items or tasks does he need to take care of?
Very important: Here in Poland, the notice period means that you must give information over email, phone, or WhatsApp before the 1st of every month. If you give it on or after your later 1st date, they will consider the notice period from next month onward.

5) Bank Accounts - How many months will my Bank account be active? – Transfer the entire amount to your India Bank AC.
The SWIFT code along with the Indian Bank Account number must be updated in every portal. Like PIT & Zus portals.
6) PIT Tax refund - Update your SWIFT Code Bank Account.
To all those who moved out of Poland and have no Polish bank account or trusted profile
