Query: How can a Polish university student with a bachelor's or master's degree prove their certificate outside of Poland? Is there a government entity in Poland responsible for authenticating Polish university certificates?
Answer:
Accepting a foreign diploma or not depends on the laws of the country where You actually want to use it, so in order to know if/how You will be able to use Your diploma, You should contact the respective country.
The only thing that can be possibly done in Poland is apostille/legalization - which is a confirmation that a diploma is an official document.

Polish study certificates need to be apostilled when renewing passports in India. An apostille, along with a sworn translation, is required.
For instance, if a student completed 10th or 12th in Poland, only these certificates are recognised in India, and they are issued in Polish. Therefore, the certificates must first be apostilled and then translated with a sworn translator. Only after these steps will they be valid for use in India.
