Primary and Secondary Schools

8-year primary school (single structure education) is compulsory for all pupils who are usually aged 7-15.

As per my knowledge, from grades 1-8 classes are said to be Primary and Secondary Education.

In Poland,the categories of schools are said to be elementary schools (szkola podstawowa), high schools (liceum), vocational secondary schools (technikum), and basic vocational schools (szkola zawodowa)

As per my research and my knowledge,

There are 4 to 5 schools in Krakow, from Kindergarten to higher education.

The list of schools is:

These schools provide English + Polish (which means a bilingual school)

• In Poland, 1st Standard starts at the age of 7 years.

• The school year starts in September month.

1. International Baccalaureate (IB) curriculum

2. Cambridge curriculum

3. Polish curriculum (Government)

As per my knowledge, IB is a methodology and it needs a syllabus to be implied on. Boards like Polish (or CBSE for that matter in India) remain at the core and IB methodology is applied on them to help children understand better. So an IB school here will be referring a certain board - Polish or UK.

From Internet Research, the following are the Schools in Krakow, But we always hear about CIS and Da Vinci, .. I think we should explore other options also ( They might be Bilingual Schools as well)
