Question: For a dependent visa for a minor, do we need to book a return dummy ticket? Both parents have TRC.

Parents of foreigners and In-laws = National others

If the visa validity is less than 6 months, both sides of the itinerary must be provided by the applicant.

If the applicant is a minor and the validity is less than six months, the parents' information, with the minor's ticket on both sides, is needed.

If the duration is more than 6 months, then only a one-way ticket is needed with a clear statement in the cover letter, sponsorship letter, or invitation letter - we will return before the expiry of visa validity.

For any Schengen category means up to 90 days: both sides of the ticket are needed for both minors and adults.

Always for minors: either or both parents, depending on the travel situation, a flight ticket is needed for the parents and the minor, always due to the fact thatthe minor can't travel alone.
