I would greatly appreciate that you rate this page. It would mean a lot to me if you could rate and encourage me if you found the material on this page helpful.
Uber is dropping us off at the British embassy when we enter the Indian embassy address, so it's better to put Ujazdów 2 in Uber.

For any service when you are visiting the Indian Embassy, we must have a valid residence status document here, i.e., TRC or EU Blue Card.
For example, if your TRC or EU Blue Card is being processed and your visa has expired, in such a scenario, you should have submitted the TRC application and your passport should display the RED stamp. That page xerox must be submitted along with the relevant application. Otherwise, the Embassy won’t accept your application.
If we miss taking any photocopies near the Indian Embassy, there is a Xerox shop. It is 700 meters from the embassy. We should walk towards the Spanish Embassy, cross the flyover, and the Xerox shop is on the right side near India Taste Restaurant. In the security office, they will provide you with the Xerox shop address.

What is the process to get an Indian Police clearance certificate in Poland?
Do we need to visit the Warsaw Indian embassy? Do we need any appointment?
Yes, you do need an appointment. See here https://www.indianembassywarsaw.gov.in/apt/appointment.php

Do we need to visit the Indian embassy on the appointment date & time and again at the certificate collection time? Will both be done on the same day, or do we need to wait?
On the same day, in the morning, they take an application, and the same day, in the evening, they issue the documents.
