Where can I get the PESEL number in Krakow?

After Bank Millennium, → The Back side of the Building is the entrance.
For PESEL, it is not mandatory to have a rental contract. If you have rental agreement immediately we can get the PESEL number else it will take 3 days time.
Once you enter the building, right side we can see steps, go to the first floor.
There will be some kiosk machines.
Select English in the left corner, then select PESEL.
You will get a slip print with the counter number and token number.
Find the PESEL form and Fill it out with the help of the attached PDF.
We must carry PEN.

Address Registration can be done based on your location. In the same Urzędu Miasta office at Rondo Mogilskie, this address registration will also be done for some locations.

If you want a printout of the "address registration, " you must pay 17 PLN at the ground floor "KASA" counter.
