I would greatly appreciate that you rate this page. It would mean a lot to me if you could rate and encourage me if you found the material on this page helpful.

For job change in Poland:

1.      Update about your job change in the TRC office. Fill out the attached PDF, go to the Urzad office, take a token and submit the filled form within 15 working days.

2.      If you have an offer letter on hand, you can update the “Change of Employer” form.

3.      If you don’t have an offer letter and are searching for a job, then you can apply for unemployment benefits.

Declaration of Termination of Employment

In the Kraków Urząd office, there is a reception area where you can obtain a physical copy.

Both TRC and EU Blue Card holders must submit this form to the Urzad office within 15 working days from their last working day whenever they want to change their employment. If someone can’t come to the Urzad office, they can still post the filled form. I have provided the address of the Kraków Urzad office, along with a Polish letter and its translation. We only need to submit the Polish version.

What happens if we do not submit this form within 15 working days from the last working day?

We will have to apply for a new TRC or EU Blue Card with the new employment.

This document should be sent only by the employee and is not relevant to the employer.

It is advisable to fill out two forms: submit one to the Urząd office and keep the second one with the Urzad Stamp as proof.

About Job search:

1. Prepare a CV with an ATS (Applicant Tracking System) complaint.

2. Create a Cover Letter

3. Check JDs per Company wise.  You can find many companies in the below document.

People who fall into the following three categories are not required to obtain a work permit in Poland.

1.            Bluecard with two years completed. (Decision Date)

2.            Bluecard Spouse with TRC

3.            Person with a Polish university degree (Bachelors, MS and/or above)

How to Change Job in Poland Pre Blue Card/TRC & Post Blue Card/TRC - Check Description”

Denmark, UK, and Ireland

These three countries do not accept Poland’s EU Bluecard. The rest of the other EU countries are accepting the blue card.

In the event that an individual is no longer employed in Poland, what is the legally permissible time frame for seeking new employment within the country?

a Blue Card Holder: 90 Days

A TRC Card Holder: 30 Days

If an EU Blue card holder lost his job after two years completed (Decision Date), for 90 days he doesn't require Work Permit. After 90 days, if he gets a job, he needs a Work Permit.
